Delete your account in the app

This is the fastest way. The deletion happens at once. You do not have to write to us and you do not have to wait.

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Open the Profile tab.
3. Tap Delete account, the last row of the screen.
4. Read the screen. It lists what is deleted and what is kept.
5. Tap Delete my account.
6. Confirm in the box that opens.

The app signs you out and returns to the sign-in screen. The deletion cannot be undone. There is no waiting period and no way to bring the account back. If you want to shop with us again, sign in with your telephone number and start a new account.

What is deleted

• Your name and your telephone number.
• Your saved delivery addresses, and every address photograph you uploaded.
• Your bank transfer receipt pictures.
• Your sign-in. The code login for that telephone number is removed, and every signed-in device is signed out.

What is kept

Your order records stay for five years. Korean law requires this. The Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce makes a shop keep records of contracts, of order withdrawals, and of payment and supply of goods.

Your name, your telephone number and your address are removed from those records. What is left is the order number, the goods, the amounts and the dates. Nobody can read your identity from them. They are used for nothing else, and they are deleted when the five years end.

When we cannot delete the account yet

We refuse the deletion while an order is still running. An order is still running when it waits for your payment, when it is confirmed and being packed, or when it is in delivery.

The app tells you which order blocks the deletion and shows its order number. Cancel that order, or wait until the parcel is delivered, then delete the account. An order that is delivered, cancelled or refunded never blocks the deletion.

Use this path if you lost the telephone, if you cannot sign in, or if you removed the app already.
